Wenlin Tan: Interdisciplinary Artist, Embodied Ecological Researcher, Listening Facilitator
I am an interdisciplinary artist working with participatory and site-responsive practices. My work explores listening as an embodied and relational act, inviting people to engage with landscape through movement, sensory awareness, and collective attention.
Drawing from somatic practice, ecological philosophy, and field-based inquiry, I design processes that shift listening from an individual psychological act toward a shared and environmental one. Rather than observing nature from a distance, participants experience perception as something that unfolds through relationship.
Through these practices, my work investigates how embodied awareness can expand well-being from personal regulation toward deeper forms of relational and ecological care.
