  • Set boundaries to protect yourself from your inner critic, objectively listen to and assess what the critic is saying, identify fact from fiction, so you can step out of shame spirals and harvest the learning
  • Transform your inner critic to your ally to boost your self-esteem and self-compassion
  • Uncover the essence of you – your unique strengths, talents and attributes and how to express these confidently and clearly to the world
  • Shed limiting beliefs, destructive and outdated stories inherited from those from your past

? Release self-criticism, perfectionism and reflect, refine and restore your well-being through 12 audio masterclasses to listen to in your own time 

? Dream, potentize and Grow in our 6 fortnightly themed inner critic-free circles (date/time scheduled based on your availability)

? Get support from a knowledgeable & empathetic coach for 12 weeks (email support)

How much does the program cost? What does it include?

? Program Investment: US$567 (Regular) 

includes all video and audio lesson materials, live participation to and recordings of connection circles & 6 months access after, email support throughout

Yoga Teachers: This accounts for 10 CEUs with Yoga Alliance USA. You’ll also receive a certificate of completion at the end (by request).

You don't have to prove yourself to anyone

Module 1: Hear your Inner Critic out (Jan 24′)

Prevent hurt or attacks from your inner critic by learning how to create a safe zone for yourself. Identify the voice(s) of your inner critic, the triggers that cause your inner critic to surface and self-protection mechanisms driving the harsh words of your inner critic.  Rather than silencing your inner critic, practise hearing your inner critic out. What does it want to protect you from? The discomfort of going outside of your comfort zone? The pain of failure? 

Learn to objectively discern the truth and valuable aspects of what your inner critic is sharing so you can use this to refine and strengthen yourself and your offerings. Learn what triggers your inner critic and turn these into opportunities for you to grow and expand. 

After this module you’ll know how to:

? Feel safe from your inner critic by creating a safe buffer zone so you can objectively observe, hear your inner critic out without feeling hurt or attacked 

? Uncover truths by objectively assessing criticism – what is true, what is not?

? Identify your underlying self-protection mechanisms – the threats, fears your inner critic is protecting you from

Module 2: Transform your Critic to Ally (Feb 24′)

Transform your inner critic to your ally through empathetic relating so you can enjoy more creative freedom and support rather than resistance from them. Learn how to reframe the limiting and harsh words of self-criticism from your inner critic into empowering words of inner warmth and self-compassion, Transform negative inner dialogue to embody self-regard and self-respect. 

After this module you’ll know how to:

? Relate to your inner critic constructively – holding the critic with unconditional positive regard, compassion as you would a person you love 

? Boost your self-esteem and self-compassion by transforming the critic’s language and tone

? Transform your critic to your ally by inviting your critic to support and empower you in a constructive way as you progress

Wenlin is a well-being and mindfulness coach and moving meditation expert and a featured speaker at the Qigong Global Summit 2023. a highly-rated teacher and facilitator, Wenlin has been studying movement since she was 9, and teaching since 2016.
