COURSE FEE & PROGRAM FLOW

€25 each, 8 sessions (Save €80!) | €35 single session

  1. First we’ll discuss and agree on goals relevant for you so the program can be designed to meet your current condition, schedule and needs. These can range from providing relief to stress, resolving insomnia, or restoring specific body areas e.g. lower back, shoulders, knee etc so you can feel and live better.
  2. Second, we’ll agree on a program and schedule that suits your needs.
  3. Third, at the end of each session we will review your progress and adapt the program accordingly.
