City living places immense stress and a prevailing sense of loneliness within the confines of spaces, both around and within us.
Because I have to Hunger is an immersive installation comprising eight Augmented Reality (AR) powered postcards hidden within a structure that explores loneliness as an ailment of modern living, questioning our consumption behaviours and what constitutes ‘enough’ in society today. Viewers are invited to participate by engaging with each of the cards which, using AR, reveal hidden animated content.
The works are powered by Augmented Reality (AR). Via AR, you can view hidden animated content by following these 3 easy steps:
1. Install the Artivive on Itunes (Apple) or Google playstore (Android)
2. Open the app in your phone
3. Hold your phone in front of the image the postcard (if you are there in person), or of this image on your computer.
