- Kick-Off Workshop (November 24)
Learn the Playful Self-Discipline Method, clarify your goals for the challenge and create a action plan. This session will ensure you’re ready to dive in and get the most out of the challenge. - Daily Live Accountability Sessions (December 1–31)
Join a 1-hour live session each day for structured playful focus time, where we’ll work on your goal and keep you accountable. You’ll learn playful self-discipline techniques to stay motivated, joyful and on track. - Reflection and Consolidation Workshop (January 1)
